Chiang Mai – Aquaria Restaurant, a luxurious dining venue with a highly romantic ambiance, is ready to serve up deliciousness this June. We are proudly launching two brand-new dishes crafted by our master chef, Chef Phubet. Elevating premium seafood and street-food favorites into exquisite, luxury plates, these dishes perfectly blend Western and Eastern flavors for you to experience all month long.
1. Grilled Snow Fish with Orzo Lobster Bisque
Experience the tender, delicate melt of the deep seaA highlight dish for fish and seafood lovers. The chef selects premium-grade Snow Fish, grilling it until the skin is beautifully golden and crisp, while keeping the meat inside incredibly tender, juicy, and naturally sweet. It is served alongside Orzo (rice-shaped pasta) tossed in a rich, velvety Lobster Bisque sauce. Infused with the savory, aromatic depth of lobster and shrimp shells simmered for hours, this dish delivers a dining experience that feels both luxurious and comforting.
2. Pride on Fire (Fusilli Gorgonzola with Grilled Pork & Chili Oil)
Ignite the heat to welcome the month of PrideA creative dish designed to capture the vibrant colors and passion of June, pairing Western richness with Asian spice. It features Fusilli pasta beautifully coated in a bold, savory, and uniquely distinct Gorgonzola Cheese sauce. The richness is perfectly cut by the fiery kick of our special recipe Chili Oil, and topped with tender, charcoal-grilled pork.
